Do you have a desire to invent something or become someone you ever dreamed of becoming, well if that is your desire right now, am glad to inform you that the channel with which you can get whatever you desire in life is PURPOSE.

Purpose may be defined as that which motivates you and keep you in focus towards achieving your goals and desires in life. Without purpose in life, you are like a man sailing in the Atlantic Ocean with no direction of where you are heading to even if you have the desire of getting onshore. Life itself is vast, the world you live in has a whole lot of things in it that a man with no purpose of what he wants out of life would end up moving from one direction to the other with no significant impact or work done.

You may gladly say to me, 'I have a dream' to be this or that but my reply to you would be that anyone can have a dream, even the mad man on the street also has a dream, a 5 year old child can have a dream of becoming a world leader but without purpose backing that dream, he can never become what he dreamed. Purpose is not a 'wishing scheme', it is having a very strong desire and focus in acquiring or achieving what one desires, I can have a dream of becoming the most successful businessman of this planet but without a strong feeling or desire of accomplishing that, I will hardly go far.

God almighty himself had a purpose for creating man such that after creating everything on earth including the plants, trees, animals, seas, oceans, he discovered there was no one to take care of the things he created, this prompted him with the desire of creating man to be in charge of all the other things that he created. He formed man from the dust of the ground according to the account of the book Genesis and breathed in him the breath of life and man became a living soul. Without purpose, there is no way God would have created the world for man to live in, likewise, without purpose, there is no way a man can succeed at whatever he does on earth.

Most of the successful individuals of the world today are people of purpose, in true fact, one of the way to tell between a man of purpose and a man without purpose is to look into the life of both carefully and you will discover that the man with purpose knows where he is heading to and is usually more successful than the man without purpose.  

When Jesus came to this earth, he had a purpose for coming, he never came just to look at our faces and live a life normally as every other person was living but had a purpose to die on the cross and redeem mankind from the power of sin, giving us a new way of life in God. If not for the purpose and desire of God to bring man once more unto himself, Jesus would not have gone to the cross, he would have just ended up like every other person before him.

In conclusion, be a man of purpose, know why you are created on planet earth, what distinguishes you from every other person and have that strong desire inside of you to accomplish whatever it is you make up your mind to accomplish and I can promise you that there is nothing you can not accomplish with the mind set of purpose.

There is a saying that goes like this, 'show me your friend and I will tell you the type of person you are', this saying is as correct as 1+1 = 2. The people you allow into your life as friends will tend to shape your life either positively or negatively. It is good to make friends as long as they are the ones that motivates you in achieving your divine purpose in life.

If you stay in the company or gang of armed robbers or prostitute, it would not be hard for people to identify you as an armed robber or a prostitute, same also if you dwell in the company of intelligent and forward thinking individuals as your friends, it will not be hard for others to identify you as such. A wise man would always want to be in the company of wise men because that is his nature while a foolish man has no business being in the company of wise men except he wants and desires to change from his folly to being wise.

Learn to always move and walk with wise men so you too can be wise as they. If you are a graduate for example and you go out on the street and start playing draft (board game) with others who do not even smell the four walls of the university, soon or later your mentality will change as you will start reasoning like them as an illiterate instead of a graduate and forget everything you are thought in school. Always take out time to strategically select the kind of people you go out with, don't just follow the crowd otherwise you will end up with the crowd at the bottom, instead follow those that are at the top or that aspire to be at the top and you will be found at the top also.

Iron sharpens iron, wood can never sharpen iron or iron sharpen wood, everything sharpens it's kind so also is friendship, a wise man will make his friend as wise as himself but a foolish man can never make you wise instead the both of you not being wise as a blind man leading another blind man will soon end up in a dish. If you should take a close look at the rich and wealthy individuals, they don't hang around with poor and never do well individuals but instead they hang around others like themselves, so if you desire to be rich, learn to hang around rich people, if you desire to be wise hang around wise people, whatever it is that you desire, make sure you look for those that have that same quality that you are after and make friends with them and soon or later you will become like them.

In conclusion, your friends are like reading glass in which others tend to look into and tell what kind of person you are. Avoid the company of friends that do not portray the type of image you want people to identify you with, stay clear from such friends as much as you can and make friends with those that possess the qualities you want others to see in you and very soon the world will recognize you as someone of value and substance......a wise man.

The economic power of any nation is directly proportional to the number of effective and efficient brains it has, a country with no effective brains at all will end up being poor and lose it's economic power whereas a nation whose people are skillful and efficient in managing their God given resources and maximizing what they have to their best advantage will surely become wealthy than most nations. Most of the developed nations across the world have learned to maximize their brain resources by embarking more on man power development and capacity who in return make good use of their available resources for the betterment of all but those of their counterpart in the developing nations are still in the kindergarten stage of man power capacity development and that's one of the reason they are still under developed struggling to make ends meet. The earlier they learn to believe more in themselves and try as much as possible to develop their citizens through proper education and training instead of relying on their brothers in the western world, the better and faster they will grow out of the depth of poverty.

As an individual, one of the best way you can make efficient use of your resources and become an economic power of your own is to practice what I like to call self development or training, read books and materials that will help improve your financial life. Don't just be a graduate and stop at that, go the extra mile to developing your self not just in your area of specialization but in other area as well. The internet has become one of the greatest tool ever created by man containing vast knowledge that you can also tap into and develop your self. Don't just be a facebook freak, browse through some online materials to develop yourself, read news to know about latest happenings in your environment and the world at large and by doing so you are not only making yourself useful but also making the world you live in a better place.

Excessive anger kills both physically and psychologically. By physically, I mean that anger can make someone to do what he or she on a normal circumstances would not think of doing, for example I witnessed an argument between two men not long ago and in the course of the argument, one brought out dagger from his pocket and wanted to stab the other to death. If not for the intervention of people around, I wonder what would have become of his opponent, this is one of the effect of anger, it makes one to be out of his or are sense of reasoning in harming others.

Psychologically, anger can result to permanent madness if one is not careful about it. A man given to anger always will tend to get mad with time, by madness, I mean he will become totally insane because it's senses can no longer function properly due to the psychological traumas he had as a result of constantly being angry.

There are other deadly effects of anger, they are ; 

1. Anxiety: An angry man would tend to feel worry and nervous most times that even the slightest thing can make him feel so much unease with himself and this indeed is a bad situation for one to be in.
2. Digestive Disorder: Each time one gets angry, his digestive system is affected such that there will be imbalance in digestion of food taken into the body system. Have you ever noticed that when you become so angry while eating, you tend to experience constipation, this might be as a result of your mood. Stop being angry and everything will be normal.
3. Depression: Too much anger can lead to depression, that is to remain in a sad, aggressive and lifeless mood.
4. High Blood Pressure: Excessive anger can make one to develop high blood pressure which can lead to sudden attack and death of victim.
5. Stroke: One of the long time effect of anger is stroke, a situation where the whole or part of one's body becomes paralyzed might just be as a result of anger.

In conclusion, stay away from anger as much as you can because in the end you will be the one to suffer the after effect mostly than the person or thing you direct your anger towards.

In the parable of the sower according to Luke 8:5-15, seeds fell on different ground, some fell on the way side and the fowl of the air devoured them, some fell on the rock and withered away because of lack of moisture, some fell among thorns and the thorns rise up and choke them and others fell on a good and fertile soil and bear fruits an hundred fold.

The word of God never changes but people perception of it can change, there are those that received the word of God but it had no root in them due to their unbelief and it died, whereas there are others who after receiving the words of God, meditate with it day and night thereby observing to do what the word says, such ones will end up becoming great in life, they are the ones that believe in the word of God and  bears fruits in hundred fold.

My advice for you reading this is to despise those haters as much as you can because if you fail to despise them they will end up ruining your life.

In conclusion, whenever you hear scorners saying all sort of discouraging words about you, simply know that your hour of fulfillment is at the corner, despise them as quickly as you can, close your ears so tight that you can't listen or hear what they are saying because your breakthrough is just by the corner and by listening to them you will never reach your peak at the top.

Thoughts are formed in your heart and communicated to God almighty who knows all things and it is what you communicate to God in the form of thoughts that becomes real for you to see. If you form the habit of thinking negative thoughts always, do not be surprised when negative things and situations begin to come your way, do not blame God for it by saying 'God but why this, why that', it's as a result of the negative thoughts you have which you communicated to God (infinite intelligence) that resulted to that situation you are facing.

One of the ways you can fill your heart with positive thoughts is to study God's word, the Bible daily and meditate on it always, by so doing it will be difficult for negative thoughts to creep into your mind. Another way is to learn to see things the way you want to see them and not as they appear to be. For example if you are sick, refuse to see yourself as sick, fill your heart with the thought of being healthy and strong, if you are poor, refuse to see yourself as poor instead see yourself as rich and living a life of prosperity, think it always in your heart and it will manifest in the physical.

In conclusion, thoughts are real and the almighty formed man to be a like him, a thinker, so you must learn to think positive thoughts always and shun away negative thoughts as much as you can in order to live life to the fullness and be a blessing to your generation.

Nothing happens to a man without a cause, everything you ever encounter in life whether good or bad can be traced to either the things you did or your thoughts. 'As a man thinks in his heart, so he is', says the Bible, most times we think negative thoughts and these thoughts tend to shape and move our lives in a negative direction. 

The world we all find ourselves is a 'unique' world, there are people out there whose major aim in life is to bring down or cause someone else to stumble and never rise again, not because you offended them one way or the other but because they are jealous of maybe your achievements or something you have that they do not have so they close their stinky faces in shame and anger, mouthing all sorts of curses and insults at you. There is a phrase I love to use for these type of persons, I call them 'Bad Belle' people and no matter how they try to curse or bring you down they will never succeed if your hands are clean and if you do not have some rat droppings in your wardrobe.

There is a story in the Bible, Numbers 22 and 23, where Balaam was sent by Balak to curse the people of Israel because he saw how prosperous they were but instead of Balaam cursing the Children of God, he ended up blessing them. Same also goes to you reading this, no matter how your enemies tries to curse you, as long as you are right standing with your God, then the curse causeless shall never stand.

In conclusion, 'bad belle' people will always be there to try to shook their hands into your eyes or pour some sand into your bowl of oat, just remember that no matter their plans, it shall surely scatter and no weapon formed against you shall ever prosper but for God to protect you from the hands of 'bad belle' people, you must ensure that your hands are clean, if not then the curse with a cause will surely stand and whatever you sow, you shall reap likewise.

A man named John Pemberton who was a chemist in the United States of America invented Coca Cola in the year 1886 but soon fell ill due to his addiction of morphine (a pain relieving drug), and sold his patent right to Asa Candler in 1888. Before Pemberton died, he had a dream that some day, Coca Cola will be a national drink but instead it became a multi national drink sold in more than 200 countries around the world (the power of dream).

What is that dream that you have? No matter how it may seem unrealistic or unattainable, never you give up on your dream because it has a way of shaping your life and destiny. It took Coca Cola over a hundred years to get to where it is today proving the fact that 'Dreams never die'. Asa Candler, a businessman  who bought the patent right from Pemberton for $550 was also a dreamer. He founded the Coca Cola Company and made it a huge success by aggressively marketing the product.

Dreamers are indeed achievers, never has there been a great achiever who is not a dreamer, for one to be a great achiever, he must learn how to dream big. Pemberton dreamt of Coca Cola being a national drink but Asa candler saw beyond that, he saw a bigger picture of it not just a national drink but a multinational drink and this lead him to buy the entire formula and patent from a man who could not dream bigger the way he dreamed.

This goes to show that your progress in life is determined by how far you can see beyond where you are right now, how big is the picture you paint with your mind will determine the turn out of your life.

In conclusion, learn to dream big and always see a bigger picture in whatever you do because the more you can see ahead, the more greatness you have within yourself. Nothing is impossible to him that believes and knows how to dream, practice dreaming big and you would be surprise how great an achiever you are, you will excel above others and will always be at the top.

Nothing good ever comes very easy, sometimes you must have to push your way to succeed in life. The kingdom of God in this context signifies anything good you wish for to have or to be, it is the best you can ever imagine or think of but to get hold of this kingdom requires certain role that you must play to acquire it and that is taking the kingdom by FORCE.

The dictionary meaning of the word 'force' is 'a push or pull upon an object resulting from the object's interaction with another object', that is to say what ever you desire in life is either in somewhere else or with someone that to get hold of it will require you using a force greater than what your opponent can withstand, otherwise you will never get what you desire. Now I would also like you to see it this way, if you fail to push, you will be pushed, if you fail to get what you want by applying force and determination to it, some other person will take what you already have by force, its that simple.

The world is full of people who have been outsmarted by others or have what they so cherish in life trampled on the feet of those they refer as their superiors but if only they could be wise just a tiny bit to realize that the reason for their present condition is because they give up things so easily to chance and those they call their superiors they will surely come to a conclusion that life indeed is not fair and that one can have whatsoever he desires if only he is prepared and willing to put in more force and determination. The bricklayer of today can become a chief architect of tomorrow if he obeys the principle of applying force, nothing will be impossible for him to achieve or conquer. 

One limiting factor for not getting what you desire in life by force is lack of faith in God first and in yourself. If you are the pessimistic type that always thinks that nothing good can ever come out of your life, then your major problem is lack of faith in yourself and in God. To overcome this setback, you must strongly believe in God and his word and have the faith and assurance that 'all things are yours', that God has given you whatsoever it is you desire, and nothing is impossible for you to achieve in life. By doing so, you have started applying the force of faith to your life and surely that which you so desire will come to you.
