Having the ability to reason properly will save you from so many things that might come your way along your journey to the top, because you would be able to find a way to come out of that problem by weighing the solution thoughts in your mind and coming up with the best solution to the problem you face.

In conclusion, until you start reasoning properly and efficiently in life, you will never get off that problem and difficulty you face right now. The cage you find yourself in needs to be broken for your breakthrough to come and for that to happen you must make good use of what God has given to you and that is your brain and your ability to make efficient use of it in reasoning and solving most of the problems and challenges that you face in life.

The likes of Warren Buffett and other great investors have learned a basic truth by not giving in to the ups and downs of the stock market, they have learned to invest in value chain companies instead of investing mainly in the value and price of shares. As Warren Buffett will gladly say that 'acquiring a business with solid management is like looking for a spouse', this goes to show the emphasis placed on investing in a business with solid management and one that has no pit holes in their balance sheet and cash flow flow statements. 

For you to be successful in the game of investing, it is expedient that you learn from these great investors by investing in businesses or industries that have solid management system and focuses more on providing values and not the one that focus mainly on providing for their pulses without adding value to either the end consumers of their products and services or the share holders and stake holders of the company. 

In conclusion, an investor should consistently remain an investor by investing in value chain companies and should never speculate because no matter how hard you try, no one can predict the market. The online Dictionary defines knowledge as 'facts, information and skills that are acquired by experience or education', and also 'the awareness or familiarity gained by experience of a fact or situation'. Knowledge is a key word in which something becomes known to you either by doing, seeing, hearing, touching or smelling, in other words, we can boldly say that knowledge is the act of knowing. Education itself is part of acquiring knowledge of a particular subject or area of study.

Investment on the other hand is the act of putting more effort, time, resources into something in anticipation of getting better results or rewards from it. Investment is not all about putting money into a place for it to double within a particular set period of time but rather it goes beyond that and includes putting time, dedication and all other factors needed to ensure one has a better reward at the end of the day.

Although there are different and various types of investment which those that studied finance and accounting are aware of, the most preferred investment of all is that of acquiring more knowledge and expertise in a particular field or area of specialization because there is a saying that 'what you already know sticks with you for as long as you live'. In as much as you invest in a business or put in more effort in your daily job, what really matters the most is the experience you get from doing that job or business and not necessarily the job or the business. It is believed that one of the reason most start up entrepreneurs fail today in less than five years of startup is because they lack sufficient knowledge about the business they are into and so give up on the business when things becomes very tough whereas if you should look closely at businesses that survive for over ten years and are still doing well till today, you will discover that one of the difference between the two is having adequate knowledge about the business and continual investment in more knowledge and expertise in the business.

If you think starting and growing a business is just all about making money, then you should have a rethink because the basic truth is that without sound and proper knowledge you would not go far in business. If you must survive and grow in business, then you must be willing to invest in training your self more often, seeking advice from experts in that field and successful individuals in that area you want to pursue. Do not get me wrong when I say that money is not the most important item on the list in starting and growing a business, money to some extent is but like the saying 'money without brains is dead' so it is if you should have all the money in the world to invest but lack the brain and expertise to make efficient and good use of the money you have into growing an investment to a point of double returns.

Take a very close look at some very successful entrepreneurs and investors of today, likes of Warren Buffett, Bill Gates, Aliko Dangote, Carlos Slim Helu, Amancio Ortega and others, you will notice that these men are have gained so much experience and expertise in their businesses that it will be very difficult for you to outsmart them in the game they know how to play so well. If Microsoft for example should fold up (though not planning to any moment from now), with the knowledge that Bill Gates have in the Software Business, he can still grow a company from scratch to become a leading company because he knows the in and out of the business, something that an ordinary startup does not know about. Carlos Slim Helu, the richest Mexican and one of the richest individual in the world may decide to close his telecom company and decide to build another in less than five years and still become one of the richest men in the world. Aliko Dangote, the founder of Dangote Group Plc and remarkably the richest black individual in the world may decide to give up all he has to charity, with just the knowledge he has in his business he can grow a company from bottom level and still emerge one of the richest in the world also. Same goes to other successful business owners and top executives.

I love this saying, 'no knowledge is ever lost', whether you are a student, a banker, an engineer, medical doctor, scientist or what have you, the best way to succeed in life is to invest your time, effort and resources in acquiring knowledge. As a nation, knowledge is key to development and Gross Domestic Product (GDP) growth, one of the greatest problem of some leaders of today is lack of adequate knowledge about a country, the people that makes up the country and those of other countries and that is why under the nose of citizens, some money is being stolen and taken abroad when such money should have been invested properly to provide jobs and sustainable development for others in the country they are leaders in. Take a look at developed nations like the United States of America, one of the reason they do well than most other countries is that they invest more in carrying out scientific researches and developing new products and services thereby gaining more massive knowledge than most nations of the world. Countries like China and Japan are still following the trend of conducting scientific research in various areas and with that they export different types of products to other countries who do not want to pass through  the pains of carrying out such researches, at the end of the day their economy continues to dwindle while the economy of those countries and carry out these researches and develop new products and services continues to boom at the end of the day.

A million words more will never be enough in emphasizing the relevance of seeking knowledge and investing massively in it but one question I would like to ask you reading this is that, has there been a time since you were born when someone became successful in life without first investing in  knowledge? If so, I will gladly bet with you that person is bound to fail and lose what he has any moment from now if he fails to invest in knowing and seeking more expertise in his business or working place.

A fool may say that there is no God but indeed God exists beyond human understanding and beyond the findings of worldly scientists who come up with theories without proof that God does not exist and that all living things started from one tiny object known as atoms. The truth is that the more they put their trust in their findings the less they see and realize that the wisdom of God over shadows all other wisdom and no one can search out the wisdom of the almighty right from the day of creation.

Always put your trust in God, in anything you do, seek him first and you shall find him, trust in him with all of your heart, soul and mind and he shall direct your paths, he will make a way for you where there seem to be no way, he will provide water for you in the desert and food in years of famine, if only you can put your focus on him and trust him in all you do on earth. A life without God is meaningless, it is like struggling for the wind, for riches itself has wings and fly up to heaven. Nothing you do on earth is permanent but God is permanent for he changes not and his reign is from everlasting to everlasting.

In conclusion, as you constantly need water to survive, so you constantly need God in your spirit man to see you through both the good times and the difficult and hard times, we all need him to survive and that's the reason why we must look up to him always no matter the situation or location we find ourselves.

Each time I see a child who is suppose to be within the four walls of a school, gallivanting the neighbourhood like a lost precious diamond, it pricks my heart because that child may carry in him or her a star which others blind sighted fail to see, that child can really make lots of impact in the world we find ourselves today and that's the basic reason why we should give them the best attention possible and encourage them to become better leaders of tomorrow.

In conclusion, every child carries in him or her a seed of greatness and leadership is found is every young blood. If grown ups fail to give the little ones their support, some will end up in the streets as street thugs, armed robbers or criminally minded individuals, thereby becoming worse leaders of tomorrow but when we show them more care, love and encourage them to go to school and to be self reliant, we are indeed creating a greater force of young men and women that will take this present world we live and find ourselves in to an entirely new dimension of development, prosperity and all goodness. Let us take good care of the little ones, their future lies in our hands.

Some persons would want to argue that money can only buy a few things and not everything and to some extent they are correct because it is true that money cannot buy life, and somethings that pertain to the soul of man but a man that falls sick will need some money to pay for his hospital bills in order for him to get well and without money, it is almost impossible to eat quality food to stay healthy.

 

Another issue about money is that some would say that money can never buy love and for sure they are right because money can not buy true love but the truth of it is that true love can never last without money, no matter how strong and true the love is, if there is no money to pay for certain things or provide for the one you claim to love then there will be lots of problem arising in the relationship which would cause it to break up but when there is money sufficient enough to take care of you and your spouse then the love between the both of you will grow stronger and healthier, making money a answer to that effect.

 

Coming to religious settings, salvation they say is free but you still need money to buy bible, pay tithe and move the ministry forward in spreading the gospel around the world. Without money it is difficult to accomplish this no wonder some churches these days lay much emphasis on kingdom prosperity and a sign of that prosperity on earth is for members to have sufficient money so they can carry on with major church activities such as organizing of crusades, word outreach, soul winning and others. This again without money would prove fruitless and the church can never grow without having sufficient funds.

No one wants to associate with a poor man, a rich man has many friends but a poor man has no one to call his friend. Poverty is as stinky as dirt, no one wants to go close to a dustbin, so repulsive that one can't even  breath freely, everyone wants the good life of wealth and prosperity, a life of living comfortably with no stress attached and not a life of eating from hand to mouth. My candid advice for you reading this post is to stay clear from poverty as much as you can, strive to be wealthy and be someone with lots of money to take care of your immediate needs and that of your loved ones, be a man of substance and there is nothing you cannot achieve if you become the man that others want to associate with or be like. No one wants to be a poor man, everyone wants to be rich, so be a rich man and inspire others to be like you.

In conclusion, 'money speaks madam' and it's answerable to all things so you should try every means possible to make money legitimately without breaking the law; 'money without oil is a death trap'. If you do not have anything doing, look for something to start doing, nothing is too small as long as you have the mind of making progress with it, you too can become wealthy.

Stories of these great men will tell you that diligence really pays, they were diligent in their chosen areas and rose from poverty to affluence. No matter the situation you are passing through at the moment, just stay focus, be determined and diligent in what you are doing and you will surely get to your final destination of success and break through.

God is willing and able to do what it is we ask of him if we are obedient children and do his will at all times. The million dollar question is how many of us are willing to seek, ask and knock at God's door, the resounding answer to this question is just few of us because so many believe and trust in their power and effort forgetting that it is God that gives us the strength and ability to make wealth and succeed in whatever we do here on earth.

Your prayer every morning should be that God should create in you a clean heart, a heart that brings forth good tidings and blesses those around, a heart free from guilt, hatred, jealousy, covetousness, and all manner of evil thoughts towards others. The world is full of evil, the times are bad, corrupt leaders everywhere, inflicting great pains on the masses whom they proclaimed to cater and provide for the later, they steal and make loot of the resources of the entire nation, they travel out of the country to other places of greener pasture while their fellow citizens, those that they should lead and protect from hardship, wallow in great difficulties and untold hardships. A song writer once said, 'if man na God, I for don die', that is if it where that man is God, no one would have been alive today but thank God that man is not God almighty. The economy is falling by the way side, people begging on the streets with no food, no shelter, no clothing, pregnant women are given to death with babies in their womb due to hardship they find themselves while those parading themselves as leaders fly out of the country and visit places of comfort. We really need God to create in us a clean heart because that is the only way this country can move forward and the hardship brought to a nearest minimum.

Ho Lord create in me and our leaders a clean heart, a heart of service to humanity,  a heart devoid of corruption and all of it's vices so this country can move forward, so there would not be stagnation of growth. Graduates will no longer parade the streets as graduates with no jobs or meaningful source of income, so that both the men and the women will live together in peace and harmony with one love for each other. Let us join our hands together and create a better country for ourselves where 'Aboki nor go dey carry bomb dey terrorize', where both Christians and Muslims will live together in peace and harmony, a place where I can travel to see my brother is Jos, Kaduna, Borno and Kano with no fear of 'Boko Malam'.

 God should create a clean heart in the lives of our law makers, military, police and force men, not to collect bribe and pervert the way of justice, to stay firm and defend this country they uphold their vows to. All we strongly need at this point in time is for God to direct and lead us and our leaders aright, to put in us a clean heart of love and service to our fellow man and to humanity at large.
