5 WAYS YOUR DRESS CAN FETCH YOU MONEY.

www.nairaup.com

Everyone likes to look good and attractive especially to the opposite sex. For all my 'bobos' trying to look pretty cool for the ladies and for the ladies trying to impress the guys, well I would say it's just a way of life and it's normal and highly recommended that one should look good and presentable not just only to the opposite sex but to all who cares about you looking good because how you look determines how you are looked upon and it is the way you dress that others will address you.

The kind of dress that you put on signifies many things to others but for the purpose of this post, I would not want to dive into more details about dress code but instead I will show you five different ways in which that beautiful dress of yours can fetch you some money. Below am going to show you how that dress you are putting on right now can become a money making asset for you if you would just take time to go through the details as explained.

1. Selling it: Of course you can decide to sell that beautiful dress of yours for an amount more than you bought it. The dress you bought at a given price could be worth more to some other person especially if it looks very attractive and durable, if not you can still sell it for a good bargain price as well. The internet is one place you can showcase your wears and market them online using several e-commerce platforms such as olx.com or ebay.com. If there is a dress that you have not been using for long because maybe you have out grown it, you can sell it on ebay.com and will surely locate someone who is willing to give a fortune for it.

2. Give it for Hire: You can start a business of hiring of clothes, that is by having a collection of different stylish dresses that people can wear for different occasions. Not everyone has the money to buy expensive and fashionable wears but you can help out on this by having different stylish and fashionable dresses like suites, wedding gowns, shoes, wrist watches and give them out for hire. For example you can hire a wedding gown for like N20,000 to N50,000 depending on the quality and in a year if you should calculate the number of weddings you would realize that you made sufficient amount of money just by hiring of wedding gowns. You can do same also for wedding suites, shoes, wristwatches and other stylish dresses for different outings.

3. Advertise on it: For sure, you can advertise your product, business, church activities on your dress. You can simply do this by printing on it, there are artist and designers who can do that for you. imagine walking into a crowd with an advert on your shirt, it quickly creates awareness for people around to see the advert boldly printed on your dress. Several businesses know the importance of this and that is the reason why they print the logo of the company on each of their employees uniform, its a way of advertisement and you too can do like wise. You would not have to break a bank before you can do an advert on a dress as it is really not that costly, all it takes is to do a little research by meeting with several designers and artists and finding out how to go about it.

4. Advertise with it: If you are a fashion designer or a tailor, then you don't have to overlook this because one of the best ways you can get people to patronize you is to showcase your wears to them. You get tons of clients or customers which translates to more cash by just putting on that beautifully and stylishly tailored 'resource wear' or well designed suite on a Saturday morning or to any occasion, people will surely ask you 'who designed this for you?' and your reply would be of course you. Looking good I must say is good business.

5. Give it as a gift: This one is slightly different from the others, you may want to ask 'how can giving a dress away really fetch someone money?', my reply to that is that one of the principle of success or making money in particular is learning how to give because givers never lack. You can give a dress of yours as a gift to a business associate or a customer of yours or to maybe someone less privileged than you and that person would be so glad that even if he cannot reward you for your gift, there is one that rewards you even more and that person is God, so give and the more freely you give, same also you will receive.

HOW TO START MAKING MONEY SELLING INDUSTRIAL SEWING AND WEAVING MACHINE OIL IN NIGERIA..

 www.nairaup.com

In a country like Nigeria, where there are more graduates by the day and lesser jobs to cater for both their needs and that of the entire population estimated to be over 170 million black folks, it becomes highly needed to look into other areas of empowering the youths and the citizens at large. One of the ways to do this is by Entrepreneurship, that is, starting a meaningful and profitable business to gainfully employ yourself (self employed) instead of seating down at home 24/7 and waiting for the Government of the day to put bread and water in your mouth.

In regards to this, I would love to share with you on how you can start a profitable business of buying and selling Industrial machine oil. You may want to ask me, what is this industrial machine and what it is used for? Well, industrial machine as the name implies is a machine used for carrying out industrial and commercial operations, you can call it a 'heavy duty' machine if you want as it is mostly used for tedious operations. For a machine like this to function very effectively, it requires the use of lubricants like oil (not the kind of oil you use in cooking your stew or soup at home) that is used in oiling the moving parts of the machine to avoid rusting and inefficiency of vital parts of the machine.

The industrial machine comes in different types used for different operations but for the sake of this post, I will narrow it to industrial sewing and weaving machine. The industrial sewing machine is basically used by tailors and fashion designers that design and sew fashionable wears either for occasions or home use while the industrial weaving machine is also used by tailors and fashion designers as well to weave both the inner of the dress (inside weaving) or the outside of the dress (Outer or English weaving). Both machines comes in different brands and sizes.

HOW TO START MAKING MONEY SELLING INDUSTRIAL SEWING AND WEAVING MACHINE OIL?

To start the business of selling industrial machine oil, you must first carry out a general market survey of the business, here is what you will do.

<> Situate the location of your business; this should be properly done as it is a major factor of success in your business. Make sure your business is situated close to the shops and business premises of tailors, fashion designers, barbing saloons, and where that is busy and open to the general public. If you fail to situate your business in places people can easily contact and reach out to you, then you will find it very difficult to excel in this business.

<> Look for a good dealer of the product; there are some dealers out there you do not want to go to especially if you are just starting for the first time, some are bent on cheating you at all cost if you do not know the actual prize of the product. Also you should be careful because some of those dealers can sell adulterated oil which will end up causing problems to machine when used and most of your customers will never want to buy from you again. If you need where you can buy good quality Industrial machine oil to start up your business, contact me with my contact details at the end of this post.

<> Ensure to buy in bulk; although you can still start small in case you do not have sufficient amount of capital to start big but the more you invest into the business, the greater your returns (all things being equal). You cans start this business for as little as N12,000 (minimum amount you can use to start the business).

<> Have a Complementary/Business Card; I always emphasize this to people who want to start up a business. For a business to succeed, one must develop the habit of telling others about the business and one of such ways is by the use of beautifully designed complementary or business cards. Your business card should contain a description of your business operation, the name of your business, office address, Phone number, website (if your business is online), email address, business logo (if you have any). Ensure that the write ups are clear, bold and inviting. To sum it all, make it look professional.

<> Get Contacts of Prospective Customers; there are customers you know that will be ready to patronize you, get their contact details and do a follow up on them. Make sure you call from time to time and create a business like relationship with them. you can send them monthly mails or text messages to keep them informed about the stock you have. This strategy in many ways have proven to be very effective in doing business.

<> Ensure you dedicate your time to the business; time is the most important asset of all, ensure you put in more of your time to the business for the business to grow from infant stage to maturity stage. One of the main reasons some businesses fail is because not much time and effort is put towards the successful running of the business. During the early stage of this business, you should put in much of your time and effort apart from start up capital and gradually your business will grow.

WHAT DO I NEED TO START THIS BUSINESS?

To start this business, you are going to need the following;

>> Start up Capital; The minimum start up capital you will need to start this business is N12,000. But i will advice you to start a bit more than that like N50,000 to N100,000. All things being equal, you are sure of making at least N150,000 monthly depending on the amount you invest into the business.

>> You will need to buy Jerry cans of different sizes ranging 4 liters, 2 liters and 1 liter. Sizes of Jerry cans are displayed below.

www.nairaup.com
4 Liters
www.nairaup.com
2 litres

www.nairaup.com
1 liter

The Jerry cans are not very costly, you can get a dozen of it for N1,000 (contact me for current prize details).
<> You will need to have a label; you can create your own label with your business name on it or you can get already printed label from your dealer. The label is very essential because it gives your product a name and makes it genuine. Note people are drawn most times to the label of a product so ensure you use eye catching labels so you can sell very well.

CAN THEY USE THE OIL FOR OTHER PURPOSES?

Of course you can make use of the oil for other purposes such as oiling of clippers used for barbing and any other moving machine parts. The oil is very effective for all machines and metallic objects. You can use it for your keys, saws and any other metallic objects you have.

HOW MUCH PROFIT CAN I  MAKE FROM THIS BUSINESS?

The amount of money you can make in this business is unlimited. As I said earlier, the amount you can make in a day depend on several factors such as location, efforts, start up capital and several other factors that must be put in place. All things being equal, you can be sure of making at least N100,000 in a month. For each four liters of oil you sell, you are sure of making at least N400.

AM NOT SATISFIED YET, I STILL WANT TO FIND OUT MORE ABOUT THIS BUSINESS

I have taken my time to compile an e-book to help you understand more about this business. in this e-book, you will discover the following.

>> Contacts of dealers you can contact to buy from (these dealers have been in the business for long and have a very good track record in the business).

www.nairaup.com

Not quite long, I shared with you on how you can make money wrapping chair buttons, today I will be showing you on how you can also make money wrapping buttons for dresses. There are different sizes of wrapping buttons as highlighted below but the one I will be discussing in this post is that of size '45'.

The size '45' follows that of size '46', what is needed in wrapping this button include;

1. The machine and the dice which comes in pair as shown below.

www.nairaup.com
Wrapping Button Machine.

www.nairaup.com

www.nairaup.com

www.nairaup.com

Both the machine and the dice is not very costly as you can get them to buy between N5,000 to N10,000 (you can contact me for details of recent price).

HOW DO I WRAP BUTTONS USING BOTH THE MACHINE AND DICE:

To wrap this size of button using the wrapping button machine and dice, you would need to follow the steps below;

>> Cut the pieces of clothing you want to use in wrapping the button in a circular shape as shown below. Ensure that the cut piece of clothing is big enough to wrap the button completely. You may chose to double the pieces in case it is too light.

www.nairaup.com

>> Place the piece of clothing on top on of the dice captured above. You should ensure to note the front and back of the clothe to be used and place the front side on top of the dice while the button to be wrapped is placed on top of the clothe and wrapped rhythmically so it relaxes.

 >> Place the other part of the button (the cover) on top of the second dice placed on the machine as shown below, after which you key both dices together by placing one on top of the other.

>> Press button together by firmly holding down the handle of the machine and hitting hard on the dice. Open the dice and remove button from inside.

HOW MUCH CAN I REALIZE FROM THIS BUSINESS?

The amount of money you can realize from this business strongly depends on the effort you put into it and the location as well. For better result, it is best to situate your shop or business close to tailoring shops and fashion designing outlets because they are the ones that mostly make use of the buttons. All things being equal you can be sure of making N5,000 to N10,000 daily based on individual capacity and location.

WHAT IS THE COST OF WRAPPING BUTTON?

Buying the unwrapped button is not costly as you can get just one pair for as little as N5.00 which you can use in making button of N20.00 each. Location and other factors may also affect price (contact me for recent price). If in a day you are able to do at least 500 buttons, the amount of money you realize will be N500 x N20 = N10,000 and the profit you realize will be N15 x N500 = N7, 500. All things being equal, you are sure of making in a month N7,500 x 31days = N232,500.

HOW TO PURCHASE SPANISH AND BRAZILIAN FLOOR TILES FOR BEAUTY OF YOUR HOMES AND OFFICES..

www.nairaup.com

Tiles business have proven to be one of the most successful business in Nigeria, this may be due to the fact that people are no longer making use of the old method of using terrazzo in flooring their homes. Tiles are very beautiful when placed in homes as they usually come in different sizes, colors and patterns.

There are different kind of tiles used in flooring of homes (specifically floor tiles) and wall tiles used for walls of bathroom, kitchen and seating rooms. Whichever you desire to have, it is best to chose the one that match with the painting of your apartment. Below am going to show you some of the various types of tiles, just do well to follow me.

TYPES OF TILES:

Although there are lots of varieties and designs of tiles, as at the time of writing this post, there are over hundred (100) different varieties of tiles but am going to be discussing on two major categories based on the country that produces them and their qualities.

SPANISH TILES:

                          www.nairaup.com

There are lots of varieties of Spanish tiles such as 'Compact Verde, Venessa Verde, Seul Marron, Lublil Marron, Userras Diam Negro, Ankara Negro and lots of others. They come in different sizes such as 45x45 and 50x50. Above is a picture of how a Spanish tile looks like.

 HOW TO BUY SPANISH TILES:

To avoid being cheated by those selling the tiles in the market, it is best you have an idea about how to purchase Spanish tiles, this is because some of the marketers out there are bent on cheating you especially if its your first time of buying from them. Below is the measurement and calculation used in buying these tiles.

A Carton of Tiles = Seven Pieces.

One Square meters (m2) of Tiles = 5 Pieces.

To convert from Square meters to Cartons:  If 1 Square meter(m2) = 5 pieces, 7 Pieces(1 Carton) = (7/5)m2.

Lets take for example, you are buying 10 Cartons of Spanish tiles, to convert 10 cartons to m2, simply multiply 10x(7/5) = 14m2.

To convert from Square meter (m2) to Cartons, simply multiply the amount in m2 by 5/7. for example to convert 14m2 to amount in Cartons, all you simply do is multiply 14x(5/7) = 10 Cartons.

WHAT IS THE COST OF SPANISH TILES:

The cost of Spanish tiles varies depending on the season and location. As at the time of writing this post, the cost of buying Spain tiles are highlighted below.

One Square meter (1m2) = N2,100.00.

One Carton = N2,940.00.

HOW TO BUY BRAZIL TILES:

Brazilian tiles is another top quality tiles you can get in the market, they are durable with great designs that will bring out the beauty in your homes or offices. There are varieties of Brazilian tiles such as 'Acapelo'. The measurement and calculation is shown below.

One Square meter of Brazil Tiles = 5 Pieces.

One Carton of Brazil Tiles = 10 Pieces.

To convert from Square meter to cartons, simply multiply the amount by (10/5). For example if your tiler tells you that he will need 25m2 of Brazil tiles to tile your seating room or bedroom, you can quickly convert this to the amount of cartons required by multiply 25x(10/5) = 50 Cartons. Also to convert from cartons to square meter, multiply amount in cartons by (5/10).

WHAT IS THE COST OF BRAZIL TILES:

As at the time of writing this post, the cost of buying Brazil tiles in retail shops (contact me for prize in wholesale) is highlighted below.

One Square meter of Brazil tiles (5 pieces) = N1,850.00.

One Carton of Brazil Tiles ( 10 pieces) = N3,700.00.

AM NOT YET SATISFIED, I WANT YOU TO TELL ME MORE ABOUT THIS.

I have taken my time to compile an e-book that will guide you on the various calculations and conversions you will need while purchasing any brand of tiles you want. In side this ebook, I will show you the different types of tiles, their names with colourful pictures to show how each look like. You will also learn the following.

  • Where to buy tiles in wholesale in case you really want to go into the tiles business. It is very difficult to get a direct importer of both Spain and Brazil tiles but you do not have to worry as I will give you the contacts of some dealers so you can contact them and if possible meet them at their ware houses.
  •  In this e-book you will also discover some the ways to negotiate with marketers of tiles so you do not have to be cheated by any marketer.

3 BASIC Es FOR CREATING GREAT WEALTH..

Great wealth creation; Three basic 'Es'

Are you an investor determined to make it big in business and the investing quadrant which is the basic quadrant of the ultra rich people, likes of Bill Gate, Warren Buffet, Carlos Slim, Alinko Dangote and others on the Forbe's list of the richest individuals in the world, then you must really pay close attention on what am about to share with you concerning the three basic 'Es' needed for great wealth creation as listed below.

1. EDUCATION: You must have adequate knowledge of the type of business or investment you are planning to make and also how to be able to manage your resources, financial statements and to know what type of investment is best for you to invest in at a period of time. For example if you want to invest in a shoe manufacturing company, you should be able to tell from the financial statement of the company if they are making profits or losses and be able to tell the difference between a bad and a good investment.
Not everyone knows the difference between a good and a bad investment, a lot of people go into investing blind folded without taking the time to learn about the basics of investing, no wonder the rich gets richer and the wanna be rich who do not have the basic education of business and investing gets poorer sadly.

2. EXPERIENCE: Experience as most people would argue is the best teacher, the same cannot be overlooked in the world of business and investing. Most persons are too afraid to take a leap into the world of business and investing because they think it is very risky and so some end up not making any meaningful progress even with the education they acquired. You must have to be on your toes and take that calculated risk of going into the world of investing or business so you can profit immensely from the experience  that will enable you move one step ahead from those who do not feel like doing anything and expect manna to fall from heaven. There are two category of persons, one is the book smart person, the other is the street smart person with experience, you should strive to be both.

3. EXCESSIVE CASH: The third and final 'E' is that of excessive cash which is what most persons are aiming for without spending more time with the other two 'Es'. The plain truth is that without the other two 'Es', there is no way you can make it to the third 'E' which is excessive cash. In fact the litmus test for having excessive cash is having both the education and the experience and that is why most persons fail in achieving their desire for wealth. The hierarchy for the three basic 'Es' for wealth creation is shown above.

For more insight on this topic, I will suggest you read the book 'Rich Dad's Guide to Investing' by best selling author, Robert T. Kiyosaki and Sharon L. Lechter.
